Refund Policy

 

This refund policy is applicable only in online purchasing transactions.

Since HSEPro online purchasing transaction is offering non-tangible irrevocable services we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished. As a student you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any courses at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the service we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

course training cancellation: due to cancelled classroom training schedule.
e-learning platform not working: though all the e-learning products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be emailed to our Support Team at training@hsepro.org. We keep the right to correct the error within 72 hours. If we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial notification provided by a Student, the refund will be issued to the Student in full. Student can have a choice of replacement of the course of the same value can be offered.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Requests for a refund are accepted through direct personal request in our main office, 30 Office, Creative Tower, Fujairah, UAE within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our course registration Terms and Conditions.

 

REFUND: No Refund shall apply for the following conditions:

  1. Learners who are registered under Distance Learning/Self – Study, Re-sit exam, or Exam Registrations only.
  2. Learners who have already attended any training class/session.
  3. Learners who have already registered in any course examination (applicable to all new, resit, transfer, banned learners).
  4. Non-attendance of the Learner or if no prior notice of cancellation is communicated to the HSEPro Coordinator.
  5. Learners who are registered under HSEPro approved marketing partners.

 

CANCELLATION: If the Learner decides to cancel his/her training registration, the following terms and conditions applies:

  1. All expenses already incurred or spent for the training preparation shall be deducted from the actual amount which the trainee has already paid. Deductions may include but not limited to:
    (a.) books and training materials (if part of the course),
    (b.) registration fees to accreditation bodies (if applicable),
    (c.) administrative/Service Charge,
    (d.) 5% VAT.
  2. Learner will only receive 70% refund from the course fee amount received, if cancellation is before the start of the batch class/session.
  3. If cancelled, access to Learner HSEPro account and / or registered course will be disabled.
  4. All refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the time of approval of the Refund Request.
  5. Refund amount can only be released to the requester. If in any case the requester cannot collect the refund in person, an authorized representative can claim the amount by presenting an Authorization Letter and legitimate identification.
  6. Refund amount must be collected within 6 months from the collection notification date. Uncollected refunds will be forfeited.
  7. In the event that HSEPro initiates cancellation of the training, the Learners shall be refunded in full or 100% of the amount he/she has paid, provided that, necessary materials already issued are to be returned to HSEPro. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days.
  8. If any student believes that his or her rights have been violated or infringed upon, or that HSEPro policies and procedures have not been followed, that student may file a formal complaint with the HSEPro administration in which he/she is enrolled. Since you proceed to register on this course, this simply implies that you read, confirmed and accepted all the terms, conditions and policies cited in the Detailed Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy HSEPro emailed to you before your training/exam course confirmation.
