Delete Account

Steps on how to delete your account:

1. Login to your account
2. After logging in, look for the account button with your HSEPro learner number located at the top right corner of the screen. Click it to access your account profile.
3. Find and click on “View Profile” button
4. Scroll to the bottom and click delete my account
5. Follow any additional instructions and click “Delete my account”
6. After that, you will receive an email confirming the initiation of the deletion process.

Note that your account will not be immediately deleted and some of the information will be retained for record purposes.
